Conveyancer
Location: Whiteley, Hampshire
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, full-time working hours.
Please note this is a hybrid role, with 3 days at home and 2 in the office per week.
Salary: Up to £40,000 depending on experience
Dynamite recruitment is currently working in partnership with a property related organisation who are UK wide. Due to huge growth plans our client is looking to recruit a Conveyancer to join a specialist team.
Key duties include:
Communicate professionally with clients via telephone, email and face-to-face meetings.
Liaise with solicitors and professional organisations.
Maintain and update the in-house case management system, in accordance to procedures and compliance.
Frequently update panel members and stakeholders.
Actively strive towards KPIs and deadlines.
Oversee and manage a suitably sized caseload, alongside other staff members.
Ensure activity within the team is completed in accordance with strict deadlines.
Adhere to compliance and strict legal procedures. The ideal Conveyancer will have/be:
A minimum of 2-4 years PQE in a similar role, is essential.
Confident when handling leasehold, new build and shared ownership sales.
Must have previous experience using Case Management Systems, Land Registry Portals, Online SDLT.
Excellent time management and organisational skills.
Must have in-depth knowledge of compliance with anti-money laundering legislation, CQS requirements and overall SRA compliance obligations.
A proven track record within achieving targets, KPIs and SLAs.
Thrive in fast paced environments and remain level-headed under pressure.
A modern approach to conveyancing.
Confident in using Microsoft Packages – including Excel, Outlook and Teams.
