We are currently seeking a Night Shift Engineering Team Leader to join a dynamic and growing team. This role involves leading and developing a team of engineers, ensuring the maintenance and performance of machinery, and driving continuous improvement within the engineering department.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the night shift engineering team, ensuring effective maintenance and minimal downtime.
Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and ensure machinery is kept in optimal condition.
Conduct root cause analysis to reduce breakdowns and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Food Safety, and company policies.
Support and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Respond to reactive breakdowns and log all maintenance activities.
Participate in audits and identify areas for improvement.Requirements:

At least 5 years' experience as a multi-skilled engineer, ideally in food manufacturing.
Previous team leadership or management experience.
Strong electrical and mechanical skills, with the ability to read and modify technical drawings.
Proficiency in using CMMS and other relevant software.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
