✨Job Title: Front of House Receptionist

?Salary: £13.15 p/h

?Location: Areas surrounding Liverpool Street Station

⏰Hours: 8.00AM - 17.00PM (Monday to Friday)

? Contract: Ongoing temporary contact

? Start date: Monday 8th July

? Welcoming guests and visitors

? Ensuring front of house is presentable at all times and aligned with the brand

? Accepting post/deliveries

? Support with questions and queries from visitors and guests

? Conducting daily health and safety checks and coordinating with the Facilities Team

? Creating passes for guest access to other floors or companies

? Notifying companies of their guests' arrival in reception

? Providing a 'hotel' style luxury service to all clients and visitors

Is this you? Our ideal candidate possesses:

? Previous reception experience (preferably)

? Excellent in-person and phone manners

? Strong written and verbal communication skills

? Proficiency in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

? Proven customer service experience and the ability to provide 5-star service

? Excellent timekeeping skills and the ability to perform under pressure
