Our client - one of the leading Defense an Security companies is currently seeking an HR Associate to join their team at Warton Aerodrome. This is a 12-month contract position requiring the individual to be onsite 3 to 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting HR functions within the Defence & Security business sector
Assisting in recruitment processes including coordinating interviews and managing candidate correspondence
Maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
Handling employee enquiries and providing timely resolutions
Ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations
Assisting in the onboarding and induction process for new employees
Supporting the administration of HR programs and initiatives
Collaborating with the HR team to promote a positive work environment
Job Requirements:
Experience in HR practices and processes
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
Understanding of BPSS security clearance requirements
