Are you passionate about joinery and manufacturing? We have an exciting opportunity to join a friendly team as a Joinery Manager / Estimator in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.
Our client, a family-run business, has been a respected name in the woodworking, furniture manufacturing, and laminating industry for over 60 years.

Key Responsibilities:
* Analyse project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate estimates.
* Collaborate with project managers and clients to understand requirements.
* Ensure all estimates comply with industry standards and regulations.
* Provide CAD drawings to clients.
* Order materials from suppliers and prepare job sheets for workshop production.
* Oversee and liaise with the workshop manager during the production process.
* Arrange delivery of completed joinery products to their destination.
* Meet with customers in the office or on-site to build strong working relationships.
Qualifications and Requirements:
* Proven experience in joinery estimating or a related field (essential).
* Strong understanding of joinery materials and techniques.
* Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
* Proficient in estimating software and tools.
* Experienced in using CAD software.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
Schedule:
* Full-time, permanent role: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm.
Additional Pay:
* Bonus scheme available.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Diploma of Higher Education (preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years’ joinery experience (required).
Work Location:
* On-site in Dunstable, Bedfordshire.
