Our client, a city based Sales and Lettings estate agency, is seeking a dynamic Lettings Negotiator to join the team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in facilitating property rentals, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the growth of the real estate business.

*Duties*

- Source properties for letting purposes

- Engage with clients to understand their property requirements and preferences

- Conduct property viewings with potential buyers or tenants

- Negotiate letting agreements between parties

- Manage the advertising of property listings on various platforms

- Liaise with landlords, tenants, buyers, and sellers to ensure smooth transactions

- Provide accurate and timely information on properties and market trends

- Assist in the preparation of contracts and other administrative tasks

*Requirements*

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues

- Previous Lettings experience in a UK estate agency

- Strong organisational skills to manage property listings and client interactions efficiently

- Proficient in administrative tasks related to property transactions
