We are looking for a Repairs & Voids Supervisor to start immediately with a Housign Association, managing an in house trades team.

This role comes with a van and will go permanent after 3 months at a starrting salary of £37,000.

Repairs & Voids Supervisor duties:

To deliver Technical Support and line management of the day to day repairs and voids team
Effectively contribute to continuous improvement in service provision and delivery
Carry out pre and post void inspections to include carry out detailed specification of works
To carry out and produce risk assessments
Ensure effective management of vehicles, arranging repairs, servicing, MOTs facilitating payments via proactis
Skills required for the Repairs & Voids Supervisor:

Proven experience of the management of in house DLO team
Building management experience within a social housing, construction or property sector
Effective diary management and ability to work to deadlines
