Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
Location: Bristol, Somerset.
Salary / Benefits £25k - £42k + Training + Benefits

We are working closely with a well respected UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy with a strong presence in the South West region and due to continued success they are now seeking to take on a Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst work on Healthcare, Educational and Government sites. This role would suit someone who holds the BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification and has extensive experience carrying out the full range of Asbestos Surveying and Site Analytical duties in line HSG 264 / HSG 248 guidelines. Our client would consider candidates who possess the P402 ceriticate who are looking to gain further BOHS qualifications.

Consideration will be given to candidates from: Bath, Chippenham, Warminster, Malbrough, Devizes, Andover, Trowbridge, Shepton Mallet, Weston-super-Mare, Minehead, Taunton, Shaftesbury, Ilminster, Cirencester, Cheltenham.

Experience & Qualifications:
" Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification is essential to the role.
" Experience working for a UKAS accredited company working as an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst.
" Will be able to communicate with colleagues and clients efficiently.
" Excellent IT skills, able to use TEAMS / TRAKCER systems.

The Role:
" Undertaking management, refurbishment, demolition, and re-inspection surveys in line with HSG 264.
" 4 stage clearances and Air Monitoring including leak, smoke, re-assurance, background, and personal air testing in line with HSG 248 guidelines.
" Producing detailed and site-specific reports using TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
" Working with clients to produce excellent consultancy advice and support.
" Travelling on a mixed portfolio of clients sites in the across the M4/M5 corridor
