To facilitate this our senior team have been driving processes, our tech stack, & general organisation of the business to accelerate our people's performance.

Leading the Delivery & Candidate team of 4, you will be accountable for flow of labour, building labour pool's in advance of our client's requirements.

Then the efficient placement of labour on to project's, engaging both client & candidate & managing expectations of both.

Utilising our tech stack to manage processes & oversee performance, lead & motivate the team & drive a culture of results managing time effectivley.

Skill's required -

Experience being a team leader / manager setting

Recruitment background

Ability to multi - task whilst maintaining detail

Remain calm in a busy, pressurised department

Proactive & can do attitude

The applicant will report to Managing Director & be part of senior team

8.30 - 17.00 - flexibility to work outside depending on workload
