This specialist Family law firm specialise in all private Family law issues with a focus on high value, complex financial cases upon divorce. The firm's lawyers have led and won a number of ground breaking cases, some of which have established new law.

They represent a broad high profile client base, both domestically and internationally. The team are well versed at dealing with cases which involve sophisticated asset structures, often with an international element and offshore trust and tax issues. Areas of expertise separation and divorce; finances; cohabitation and unmarried relationships; children; pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Cases typically involve assets of £20m+, with some being significantly more.

The team are looking to recruit an associate with at least 3 years PQE experience to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with HNW and UHNW financial litigation as this is the vast majority of the work that they do.
