We are working with a high calibre Legal 500 firm which is seeking to hire an experienced private client lawyer to bolster its offering in Birmingham. You will be working as part of a busy private client law team advising on matters including wills, probates, estate administration, trusts and tax planning, as well as Powers of Attorney and the potential for some Court of Protection matters.

You will likely have accrued 4+yrs PQE or equivalent within the private client law arena and will have a proven track record of advising clients including those at the HNW end of the market. The firm has an excellent reputation for its private client practice and you will have access to high quality work and clients on a regular basis, including some complex and mentally-challenging instructions.

The firm is very family-friendly so applicants seeking to handle complex matters whilst also having opportunities for hybrid working should be keen to discuss further. Remuneration is towards the upper end of the market and includes a competitive bonus scheme and extensive benefits package.
