Our client, a school in Carlise is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic Kitchen Manager to work in their kitchen. As the Kitchen Manager, you will be running a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients and be responsible for the smooth running of the lunch service. Working days for this role are Monday - Friday, 07:00 - 15:00.

Previous Kitchen Manager experience ideally in the school setting
Proven track record in a high volume, quality school catering establishment
Ensuring full Food Safety and Health & Safety procedures
The ability to manage the kitchen and train the team to standards required
