Provide alternative learning options
Create a safe and encouraging learning environment
Give 121 support to a specific student
Ensure students are kept on task
Follow learning plans and tailor resources to reflect these

**Qualifications and Skills**

Prior experience with Secondary aged students
Prior experience with SEN
Strong behaviour management & communication skills
Capable of adapting to various classroom settings
Team player committed to offering excellent support
Be proactive
