Position Details

Type: Permanent, full-time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Salary: Competitive Role Overview In this role, you’ll lead a dedicated team to provide top-tier maintenance services that support the well-being and safety of students. As the Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll oversee the smooth operation of campus facilities, adhering to service level agreements, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
 
Key Responsibilities

Oversee efficient processes for responding to maintenance requests.
Plan and manage the annual preventative maintenance program within budget.
Produce weekly and monthly reports on service performance.
Maintain accurate records for repairs, maintenance, and compliance.
Collaborate with the Business Manager on maintenance and project planning.
Lead and support Maintenance Team members and subcontractors, managing schedules and ensuring well-being.
Monitor health and safety standards, addressing any issues promptly. About You We’re looking for a proactive and experienced maintenance professional with:

Relevant experience, ideally holding an HNC/HND in building services, a trade qualification, or a related discipline.
Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
Proficiency with basic computer systems.
