We are currently partnering with a fantastic primary school in Kent, committed to providing a nurturing and forward-thinking learning environment. The school is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team, with the exciting opportunity for leadership progression.
The Role:
As a Key Stage 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for young learners. This is a full-time position starting after Easter 2025 and continuing until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate will have the chance to take on a leadership role starting in September 2025, based on performance and experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Plan and deliver high-quality, engaging lessons for Key Stage 1 students.
· Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student growth and development.
· Provide tailored support to meet the diverse needs of students.
· Work closely with colleagues to create a collaborative and innovative teaching approach.
· Contribute to the overall development and ethos of the school.
