The Company:

Main Duties:
To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.

The Role:
- To provide excellent customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner
- To process orders and update customer records in the CRM system
- To support sales team with quotations and administration
- To manage overdue payments and contact customers to arrange payment
- To update customers on delivery information

The Candidate:
- Fluent in German (written and spoken) - Essential
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales support - Essential
- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Computer literate (MS Office, Internet)
- Able to work in a fast -paced environment

The Salary: up to £32,000 per annum
