Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor seeking a new opportunity? Have you worked with a main contractor on refurbishment or new build projects? TS Recruitment is partnering with a leading main contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their Leeds office.

Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Car allowance or company car, including travel expenses

Flexible hours: Office hours from 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with an early finish on Fridays

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage 2-3 projectssimultaneously
Conduct site visits nationwide for cost management, including site measures, variations, and meetings
Manage subcontractor and supplier approvalsand procurement processes
Prepare and issue contracts
Produce Cost Value Reports (CVRs)
Reconcile invoices and approve payments
Prepare and submit final accounts

Required Knowledge & Experience

Experience: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
Sector: Construction build or fit-out background preferred
Education: Degree-level qualification is advantageous
Skills: Strong IT and numerical proficiency
License: Valid UK driving license
