As a Production Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe on-line packing of products. You will also be responsible for line feeding duties, helping the production team meet targets, and maintaining a clean and tidy work area. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that all packed products meet the required specifications.

To excel in this role, you should possess excellent attention to detail and have the ability to work to deadlines. Previous experience working in a production environment and knowledge of food hygiene practises are desirable. Strong personal qualities such as self-motivation, a positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a team are essential.
