Key Responsibilities:

Supporting the client with the front-end development process, with knowledge of FEL gates desirable
Developing and owning the integrated management schedule
Interrogating and analysing the EPCM schedule and progress reporting
Planning and scheduling client work packages
Working with clients, consultants, and contractors for scheduling planning, permitting, and obtaining other regulatory approvals
Challenging client and contractor schedules, and demonstrating the basis for challenges
Reviewing progress submissions from contractors and providing guidance to the client
Supporting the change management process
Leading schedule reviews and contractor meetings on behalf of the client
Scheduling interactive planning reviews and 'what if' analyses
Providing schedule input to the client project team and business support functions (e.g., finance)
Ad-hoc support to the client as directed by the Client Director

Job Requirements:

Experience in planning within the oil and gas or industrial sectors
Knowledge of civil, mechanical, pipework, electrical, instrumentation, access, insulation, and painting disciplines in an industrial context
Experience in major EPC or EPCM contracts, ideally client-side, with a strong background in planning and risk management
Ability to work collaboratively with a wider team and support the client's Project Director and project team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skillsThis is an Inside IR35 contract role and will be working on a 37.5 hour week.
