We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor with a strong background in residential electrical projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and possess the necessary skills to lead a team effectively.

Electrical Supervisor Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all electrical installations and maintenance tasks in residential settings as an Electrical Supervisor.

2. Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure all work aligns with specifications and standards expected from an Electrical Supervisor.

3. Manage a team of electricians, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety protocols.

4. Conduct regular site inspections and audits, addressing any issues that arise during the course of work as the Electrical Supervisor.

5. Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and labor hours as an Electrical Supervisor.

6. Ensure that all electrical systems are compliant with local regulations and codes under the oversight of the Electrical Supervisor.

7. Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field.

Electrical Supervisor Qualifications:

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory capacity.

* Strong understanding of electrical systems and safety standards.

* Excellent leadership and communication skills.

* SSSTS or SMSTS

* GOLD CSCS card minimum
