Opportunities have risen for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join a global payments company on 4-5-week contracts. 

Based in Duxford, they are looking for people who can start immediately. There may be an opportunity for a permanent position. 

As Customer Service Advisor, you will:

Be the first line of support dealing with client queries
Respond to emails
Collect Data to verify ID
Use Jira
What we’re looking for in a Customer Service Advisor: 

Ability to show initiative and work independently
Case Management Acumen – ability to track progress
Attention to detail
Polite under pressure
The ability to communicate clearly and effectively
NICE TO HAVE:

Payments / Fintech experience
Proficient in Excel
