QSR Area Manager
A well-known QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand is currently recruiting for an experienced Area Manager to help develop and support the growing franchise network. The role will involve a mix of office and field-based work, and you will be required to travel between sites and the head office.
 
Work Location: On the road
Head Office: Near Eastbourne, East Sussex
 
The focus of the role is to support the development of the business through franchises and corporate stores and includes:

Implementing and maintaining our brand and hygiene standards across the network
Supporting the launch of new stores
Managing relationships with franchisees and staff
Providing general business management advice and coaching
Local marketing
Staff training and development
Ensuring compliance and effective franchise management Applicants are required to have achieved their Level 3 Food Hygiene certificate and have at least 2 years of multi-site management experience within the food and drink industry. A full, clean driving license is also required. Our client can either provide a company car or a car allowance.
