The right candidate for this role will have current/recent experience as a trade sales manager/ business development manager within the fenestration market.
Role responsibilities:
* Developing and growing trade accounts across our service areas
* Leading the charge on new business development with installers, builders, and trade customers
* Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from quote to completion
* Identifying market trends and staying one step ahead of the competition
* Representing the company with pride and professionalism at all times
* Create and nurture new and existing professional relationships with clients
Candidates’ skills & experience:
* Proven experience in the fenestration trade sales market
* A natural relationship-builder who can win trust and close deals
* Strong understanding of the trade customer mindset and project cycles
* A self-starter who thrives on targets and delivers results
* Excellent communication, organisation, and negotiation skills
* Have a full UK driving license
