Hello Education are looking to hire an enthusiastic & caring individual to work in a Behaviour Management role, within our Schools in the Teesside area. We are looking for someone passionate, who enjoys working with both, 1:1 and small groups.

Duties:

Working on a 1:1 basis, or a small group of Children

Working with children with a variety of SENd needs

Ability to use different strategies to support learning and the needs of the child

Dealing with Management Behaviour issues 

Requirements:

Experience working with individuals with SENd needs (desirable, but not essential)

Must demonstrate a positive and willing attitude

Patient, understanding and self-reliant

Adaptable to changing situations and comfortable dealing with behaviour management, if needed

Good communication skills

Willing to travel to different locations/Schools (desirable, but not essential)
