Temporary Accounts Assistant
£13-£14 per hour
Redditch
Monday to Friday / 9am – 2pm
Temporary – 6 months
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Credit control, via invoicing, monthly statements & chasing overdue invoices
Balance sheet reconciliations to include bank accounts.
Preparation of VAT Returns for review
Process customer invoicing & creditor payments
Assist in the overall preparation & presentation of quarterly & annual accounts
Check customer ID and contracts
Process card payments
Payment allocation on Sage
Resolve customer queries on telephone & email
Support the Account Manager as required
KNOWLEDGE & ATTRIBUTES:
Knowledge using SAGE is a must
Strong Organiser & Multi-Tasker
Problem solving and ‘can do’ approach
Attention to detail – meticulous, thorough, and right first-time mentality
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently.
