As a Customer Service Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing administrative support to the team, including updating policies and procedures
Managing project paperwork to ensure compliance and accuracy
Handling incoming phone calls and assisting with queries
Raising purchase orders and maintaining accurate records
Supporting the wider team across admin, customer service, and sales & marketing functionsWe are looking to speak with people who have at least 1-2 years of office-based customer service experience, bringing a hardworking attitude and a strong work ethic. Being a great team player is essential, as is having a bubbly and chatty personality to fit into a friendly and professional team.

The role operates on a Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm schedule, primarily office-based, earning a salary at or around £27,000-£28,000 depending on experience
