Senior Account Director - Insurance

Salary up to £150,000 pa + 15% cash benefits + 30% annual bonus + Company Car + benefits

London - Hybrid mix of office, client site and home based working

CPS Group UK are working with a leading Global Technology Consultancy who are looking to hire a Senior Account Director within their Insurance Market Division.

This is a Senior hire reporting into C-Suite and will be responsible for ongoing client partnership and account growth and development of key accounts within the London Insurance / Lloyds of London Sector.

A broad role which will include;

Overall accountability for account success
Development and growth of your specific account(s)
Development and Execution of Account strategies
Lead capability across Marketing, Sales, Delivery to grow accounts
Work with Sales teams to develop and drive service offerings and campaigns to develop new business
Oversee project teams working on accounts
Develop and maintain relationships with Exec level stakeholders

Candidate Experience / qualifications:

Strong background within a similar Account Director or Client Partner role with a Consultancy environment
Lloyds of London / London Insurance knowledge / experience
Demonstrable track record of account growth and profitability
Able to leverage C-suite partnerships to drive growth and create value for clients
Understanding of Technology trends from within Insurance / Financial Services and able to adapt these to meet clients needs / business goals.
History of working within a Global Consultancy / Delivery model
