Do you have experience within conveyancing?

My client are seeking a Conveyancing Assistant to join their exciting business. The ideal candidate will be personable, keen to develop their career and have experience within Conveyancing. Offering a starting salary of £26,000 - £28,000 plus annual bonus, genuine career progression, funding for qualifications and a great benefits package.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 – 5

The Role:

* Handling a high volume of conveyancing cases from instruction to post-completion

* Communicating with clients, solicitors and estate agents over the phone and by email

* Handling both freehold and leasehold cases

* Exchanging contracts

* Supporting the team leader with cases

* Using the case management systems

Skills and Attributes:

· Experience within conveyancing – this could be as a conveyancing assistant, paralegal

· Understanding of conveyancing procedures

· Excellent communicator

· Highly organised

· Attention to detail

· Personable and approachable
