The Role: Agricultural Parts Advisor
We are currently seeking a dedicated Agricultural Parts Advisor to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will:
• Provide expert parts advice to both internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly, courteously, and efficiently.
• Handle all enquiries, orders, and queries (whether written, by phone, or in person) with professionalism and speed,ensuring exceptional service.
• Participate in stock control and manage the computer input of parts and goods from a wide range of prestigious agricultural brands.
• Inspect and receive deliveries of goods, ensuring all documentation is accurate, and store items in excellent condition.

Hours:
8:00 AM - 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with weekend days by department rota. Additional overtime may be available as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
• A strong knowledge of agricultural parts, or equivalent experience in related fields like HGV or the motor industry.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and proficiency in data entry.
• Experience working under challenging deadlines.
• Computer literacy and a valid UK driving licence.
