Job Title: Electronics Trainer/Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)
Location: Wiltshire - Centre based
Salary: £36,400
Type: Full Time, 12 month FTC
Criteria (for all candidates):

Must hold solid occupational experience within Electronic Engineering.
Must possess an understanding of Apprenticeship programmes.
Hold a relevant qualification in Electronic Engineering at Level 3 or above.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
Must be flexible with travel.Duties:

Assess and mentor learners working towards Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations and the Level 3 Technical Certificate
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews are conducted.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Support, advise and motivate learners.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.Personal Skills:

Must be an excellent communicator who is learner and quality focused.
Organisational skills are a must, as well as the ability to plan your time effectively
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people
Quality driven and prepared to go the extra mile for your learnersPlease note:
