Administration Assistant

Medlock Partners are partnering with a non-for-profit organisation who are looking for an administration assistant, for full time hours, who can support with a wide range of office administration duties. The successful person will ideally have previous administration experience, speaking with customers via telephone and processing card payments. Training and support will be provided on the job.
Key responsibilities of the Administration Assistant:
Point of contact for Service Charge Customers/Residents
Dealing with customer queries by telephone, in writing and email
Maintain customer records & databases
Taking and processing account payments
Processing direct debit requests
Setting up new customer accounts
Reviewing and updating the customers portal
Maintain files and archives Key requirements for the Administration Assistant:
Good knowledge of excel
Experience in dealing with Customers, via telephone, e-mails
Experience of using the Zendesk customer services system or a similar customer services system
Excellent time management and able to meet deadlines
High level of accuracy and good attention to detail
Strong administration and organisational skills
Ability to actively build and maintain positive relationships Confident telephone manner, excellent spoken and written communication skills.
