We are hiring an experienced HR Manager to join a growing organisation dedicated to making a positive impact in healthcare. This role reports to the Head of HR and will focus on supporting managers, driving HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide HR advice on employee relations and performance management.

* Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

* Ensure HR policies comply with employment law.

* Support leaders with people management and talent strategies.

What We Are Looking For

* Proven HR Manager experience, preferably in healthcare, tech, or similar sectors.

* Strong knowledge of UK employment law.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* CIPD Level 5 qualification (preferred).
