Working for an expanding niche recruitment company in the centre of Woking. The role will include but not limit to
Financial Accounting –
• Journals
• Bank reconciliations
• VAT returns
• Factoring/Invoice discounting month ends
• Tax
• Payroll
Management Information
• Reports
• Debtor reports – highlighting credit risks
• Cash flow forecasts
• Year end accounts (help in preparation of)
• Statutory information
• Management accounts
Payroll
* Supervising weekly payrolls
* Timesheet management
* Dealing with queries
Other Duties –
• Sales - raising invoices/chasing debtors
• Purchases –invoices/ reconciling suppliers
• Purchases - dealing with creditors/ creating payment runs
Skills
* System - Xero
* 4 + years’ knowledge
* Good excel skills required,
* Able to multitask
* Must be to clearly communicate between the accounts team and sales office
