Despatch Technician

* Full training and development will be provided! Would suit someone who enjoys problem solving with a good eye for detail. Due to the nature of product, someone with an interest in technology would be ideal.

As Despatch Technician, the primary function of this position is to support the despatch team by swapping out products returned and testing them to identify problems. Wider tasks may involve loading software and assessing warranty etc.

Salary: Starting salary of £23,500 + bonus (c£3,000) + 25 days holiday + pension scheme + free gym + other benefits

The Despatch Technician job will involve:

* Swapping of returned goods and readying them for despatch.

* Some testing duties and loading of software onto products. Training can be provided.

* Monitoring whether products are within warranty.

* Communicating with customers occasionally via phone or email.
