Application Requirements:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in KS1, ideally with early years experience.
• A passion for fostering young learners' curiosity, confidence, and creativity.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
• A desire to create a happy, challenging and effective learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for KS1.
• Support and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages students’ social and emotional growth.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, sharing best practices and contributing to the wider school community.
• Engage in regular professional development and apply new strategies to enhance classroom practice.
