TristoneNash are working with a provider of affordable housing, who are looking to recruit a Floor Layer on a temp to perm basis.

Working as part of the Planned Works team delivering improvement & cyclical works across the organisation’s properties, you will be preparing and fitting vinyl flooring in wet rooms, kitchens, and bathrooms.

Your work will involve accurately measuring and preparing floors using latex or plywood, then fitting vinyl sheet flooring, safety flooring, or vinyl tiles to a high standard.

You’ll also carry out minor repairs on different types of floor coverings, making sure any potential hazards are dealt with so our customers can feel safe in their homes.

The position will be based cover Yeovil and local surrounds and comes with a Company Van & Fuelcard.

You will work initially on a 12week temp basis with a view to moving across onto a permanent contract.
