? ROLE:
As the Operations Coordinator for our Marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth logistics and operations coordination for our marketing campaigns, product launches, and new initiatives. Your attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to collaborate with various teams will be key to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:
- ? Campaign Logistics: Collaborate with the global marketing team to plan and execute logistics for marketing campaigns, product launches, and new initiatives.
- ?️ Database Management: Manage and update databases related to logistics, operations, and influencer contacts, ensuring accurate and complete data for reporting and decision-making purposes.
- ? Influencer Programme Management: Partner with the marketing team to execute influencer marketing campaigns, coordinating product shipments and maintaining strong communication with influencers.
- ? Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilise advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools to analyse logistics and operations data, developing comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
- ? Process Improvement: Continuously assess and enhance logistics and operations processes to improve efficiency, implementing best practises and streamlining workflows.
Required Skills:
✅ Proven experience in logistics and operations, preferably in the beauty or consumer goods industry.
? Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data analysis.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, etc.).
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
