Job role: Early Careers Teacher - ECT Primary

Area: Wythenshawe

Salary: £31,650 - £43,606 per annum (salary is depending on hours, experience and/or qualifications)

We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Early Careers Teacher to inspire and guide students in a primary setting along their educational journey. This is an excellent opportunity for an inspired and driven individual who is eager to contribute to a vibrant learning environment in Wythenshawe. As an Early Careers Teacher (ECT), you will play a crucial role in shaping young minds and preparing students for future success. The perfect candidate will have a passion for helping young students progress throughout their time in education both academically and personally.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Foster a supportive and collaborative relationship with students, parents, and colleagues.
Stay informed about educational trends and incorporate innovative approaches into teaching.
Qualifications:

Teaching certification/licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the diverse needs of students.
