Major Recruitment Watford are looking for Team Leaders based in South London to join an ever growing Audio Visual Company. The Team Leader will be leading a team of 8 and reporting into the Production Manager.

As a Team Leader, you will be:

Leading your team and assisting them to complete designated jobs. Resolving any issues.
Help train the team on specific job duties and develop their skills.
Reporting back the progress to management.
Keeping assembly activities on time and in line with specifications.
Developing Lean manufacturing processes with the team
Following assembly and design specifications for the products.
Prepare paperwork ready for shipment.
Ahere to health and safety standards.
Complete installations in accordance with Quality Procedures.
Keep track of goods in and out.
Maintain records of each installation.

A successful Team Leader will:

Have experience leading a team of assembly workers.
Experience in Manufacturing or Production.
Able to read technical instructions and specifications.
NVQ level 3 or above in a technical subject.
Clean driving licence.
FLT Licence is desirable

Benefits:

Salary - £27,000 - £30,000 per annum DOE.
