The Role:

As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, relationship management, and talent acquisition within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients in the manufacturing industry

- Identify new business opportunities and win new clients through proactive sales activity

- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure the best fit for clients

- Negotiate contracts and terms of business with clients and candidates

- Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties

- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant, ideally within a manufacturing or a related sector

- Strong business development and sales skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

- Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset

- Ability to manage multiple roles and clients simultaneously

- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude
