Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor
Location: Cirencester
Salary: £90k - £100k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in the South that specializes in delivery of Super Prime residential builds for private clients across the South of England. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor/Managing Quantity Surveyor to oversee a £30m Grade II listed refurbishment of a private property near Cirencester. This project has a 4 year life cycle and you will have an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to support.

Requirements:

Quantity Surveying biased degree

*

At least 5 years experience working as a Senior Surveyor for either a main contractor or high end residential contractor

*

Ideally experience working on super prime residential or listed refurbishments.

*

To have been the lead Surveyor on projects £30m+ in value
