Brand Representative

Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Brand Representative to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to ensure excellent customer services to anyone who comes into store and to maintain premium standards of the brand in-store at all times. 

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,767 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 days holiday, staff discounts, company pension, store events and more!

This role is full-time and permanent. The days of work will be Thursday to Monday, working 5 days per week. 

Reporting to the Senior National Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Merchandising products, maintaining displays, ensuring stock availability and keeping the concession clean and tidy, 
Promoting products to customers, upselling wherever possible, 
Demonstrating the features and benefits of the products to consumers,
Handling enquiries face to face, by phone, and by email,
Producing weekly and monthly reports to share with the Senior National Account Manager and wider management team. 

The ideal candidate:

Must have experience working in retail, either from a store or concession environment with a high-end, premium or luxury brand, 
Will need to be passionate about customer services and retail sales and be prepared to develop excellent product knowledge, 
Must be confident using computer systems and working on Microsoft Office packages.
