SMSTS MANAGER REQUIRED for site supervision in Islington

Rate for the SMSTS Carpenter Manager: £250-£260 per day

Role: Site manager required for managing finishing works and the carpenters on site

Main Duties of the Site Manager:

* Liaise with project team (mainly Project Manager & Co-Ordinator)

* Writing daily reports

* Organisation of day-to-day site activities, including security, segregation and storage of materials, plant and welfare

* Perform inductions, including going over CPPs and RAMS

* Completing daily permits

* General site H&S activities

* Site setup

* Organise with team for materials and plant

* Perform daily inspections and reports

* Handover with the client upon works completion

* Keep project on track with the current programme

Requirements:

· CSCS Black card Site Manager (NVQ Lvl 6), SMSTS, CSCS, Fire Marshall, 3 Day First Aid, Temporary works

· Full PPE

· Minimum of 2 years site manager experience
