An Outstanding, well-respected mainstream school in Billericay, Essex are looking for an RE Teacher to join their successful and dedicated department to start in September 2025. The school have a strong reputation for past achievement, student attainment and glowing Ofsted ratings. They are looking for an RE Teacher who is confident in their ability to plan, prepare and deliver engaging lessons and inspire a passion for Religious Education.

Duties and responsibilities of the RE Teacher:

* Teach Religious Education to students across KS3 and 4, fostering curiosity and critical thinking.

* Integrate philosophical discussions into lessons to encourage open-minded exploration.

* Collaborate with colleagues to create a dynamic and challenging RE curriculum.

* Support extracurricular activities, including debate clubs, ethics workshops, and interfaith projects.
