We are seeking a driven, compassionate and dedicated Registered Manager with experience in developing home care services, to join our client in Stockport.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a new service that will be providing high-quality care to individuals in their homes. This role requires a strong commitment to service user well-being, a clear understanding of implementing care packages tailored to clients needs and adhering to CQC guidelines.

Duties

* Networking & marketing of the service to prospective clients

* Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans

* Recruitment of your care & support team

* Providing leadership and guidance to staff and support workers.

* Conduct assessments of patients' health & care needs and document findings accurately.

* Offer support and education to service users and their families regarding care needs and care package options.

* Manage daily operations within the branch, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and standards.

* Maintain accurate records of client progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals involved in patient care.

Skills

* Strong background in Adults care and Domiciliary Care.

* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.

* NVQ Level 5 & previous Registered Management experience

* Ability to create comprehensive care plans that address the unique needs of each client.

* Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to facilitate clear interactions with clients, families, and colleagues.

* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
