Group Sales Manager – Recruitment Focus

Enable Group is seeking a dynamic Group Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to spearhead growth across our four subsidiaries—Enable Hire, Enable Resourcing, Enable Logistics, and Enable Design. If you're passionate about building relationships, closing deals, and making a meaningful impact, this is your opportunity to thrive.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

*

Win and grow recruitment sales opportunities across the construction, rail, power, and energy sectors.

*

Build and maintain key client relationships through face-to-face meetings, site visits, and strategic account management.

*

Own and manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, using CRM tools.

*

Collaborate with Enable Hire, Logistics, and Design to offer bundled services when relevant.

*

Identify PQQ/ITT opportunities and coordinate with internal teams to respond.

*

Deliver high-quality client engagement events, presentations, and workshops.

? What You Bring:

*

5+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in recruitment, construction, rail, or plant hire.

*

A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing accounts.

*

Confident communicator and negotiator who thrives in client-facing environments.

*

CRM savvy, strategic thinker, and natural relationship builder.

*

Motivated, resilient, and hungry to earn—this role has real commission potential.
