Lettings Manager

Recruit-Central is seeking a Lettings Manager for a Private Estate Agent company in NW5. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lettings Management and a passion for the property industry.

The company have a thriving sales department and a large lettings portfolio. They have a small well-established team, and this rare opportunity is only available due to staff retirement. They are looking for somebody who has experience to not only maintain the portfolio but grow the business. 

Day to day duties include but not limited to:

Arranging and conducting valuations

Helping tenants find a property 

Property management - arranging inspections, tenancy reviews, arrange property works etc.

Ensure your department adheres to all legislation.

Keeping informed of the current national and local market knowledge 

Salary: £30-50,000 depending on experience  

Driving licence is a must for this position.
