Senior Services Surveyor

We are looking to speak to experienced MEP Senior Quantity Surveyors that would be interested in working for a very well known Tier 1 Main Contractor in London.

The business have taken a turn in recent months and have successfully landed a few projects in which they need additional MEP personnel. This Senior MEP QS role will be based on a large project consisting of several commercial office new builds with retail outlets at ground level, £30m MEP package.

There is so much potential to grow your career in this business as once this job is successfully delivered, you have the chance to oversee a number of other jobs in the pipeline and grow this specific division. You will be working very closely with the Commercial Director and be the MEP counterpart.

They are initially looking to pay around £80,000 to £90,000 plus package for the right candidate. The candidate will need to have experience working on projects around the c£30m MEP value, and must be on commercial offices. Working for another Main Contractor would be preferred but will also look at candidates coming from Tier 1 MEP contractors that are looking to take the step over.
