Description
As a Contact Centre Advisor you will be working in a regulated professional services environment and will be first point of call for clients mainly over the telephone providing support and guidance.
The role will be dealing with a wide range of enquiries you will be supporting the rest of the department with the calls from clients and third parties ensuring the highest level of service at all times.
Profile
Previous customer service experience the business can be open to the background
Confident telephone etiquette and able to build and maintain excellent working relationships
The ability to work in a busy environment and prioritise high volumes of work
Good attention to detail and organisation skills
An excellent team player
Job Offer
