This role: Mechanical Estimator is with a Leicester based Mechanical & Electrical Contractor who over the last 20 plus years have maintained a reputation for quality. There are in an excellent position currently and have a lot of work on and in the pipeline. You will be involved in a wide variety of projects pricing up the Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

Routes to progress are there for you to grab with both hands and staff retention is extremely high so you will be able to develop meaningful relationships from your colleagues and collaborate and learn from them.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator, you will be:

* Estimating and pricing projects up to the value of £5M

* Working with and managing a close-knit Estimating team

* Pricing all Mechanical aspects of projects including HVAC (Heating, Ventilation & Air Conditioning), Plumbing and Pipework

* Working on highly respected projects across sectors including: Healthcare, Commercial, Industrial, Education, Hotels, Leisure, Manufacturing and Retail

* Using the latest packages and technology to assure constant development

* Offered opportunities to progress and grow

We would love to speak to people who are currently working within the Building Services Sector as a Mechanical Estimator or Mechanical Services Estimator. Furthermore, we would be keen to speak to people who have a working knowledge of programmes such as Hevacomp. Finally, if you have any of the following qualifications, we would love to hear from you: HND and/or Degree in Mechanical/Building Services Engineering.

As a Mechanical Building Services Estimator your salary will be within the £45-55K region plus a Company Car.
